Conflict Management Toolkit cmtoolkit.sais-jhu.edu/index.php?name=index
The Conflict Management Toolkit was created by students at the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University in the United States. The purpose of the website is to introduce the topic of conflict management and to describe effective tools for ameliorating conflicts and managing their progress. The authors of the website provide a synthesis of the relevant literature and present the major theories of conflict.

Among the practical issues described are these:
Case Studies
Evaluations - assessments of conflict resolution projects and programs
Humanitarian Aid - (how it is given, and what are the related issues
Safe Havens - legal documents, conventions, protection, problems and solutions related to refugees and displaced persons.

The theoretical section includes the following:
Causes of conflict
Defining conflict
Dynamics and progression
Descriptions of possible actions at each stage of conflict.

Thanks to the website, students and teachers have access to major conflict theories and information about organizations dealing with the topic. Practitioners can use the website to compare their work to the work described in case studies and to theoretical approaches. The website is intended to serve as a map allowing users to find helpful information.
